Does it work with my current email provider?

Yes. Spamless sits in front of your domain's MX record, filters the mail, then relays the clean message to your existing server (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your own server — anything). You don't move your mailbox.

Do you store or read my emails?

Mail is processed in real time in the EU (AWS eu-west-1, Ireland). We only store quarantined messages, for a configurable period (30 days by default), encrypted at rest. Clean mail is relayed onward and not retained. We never sell or profile your data. See Data, privacy & GDPR.

What if it blocks a legitimate email?

A suspicious email goes to quarantine (never lost), where you release it in one click. You can allow-list the sender so it's never caught again — and the engine learns from the feedback.

How long does setup take?

Usually about 5 minutes: sign up, add your domain, and set two DNS records (MX + SPF). We show the exact values and verify them in one click.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Basic is free forever; paid plans can be cancelled anytime and revert to Basic at the end of the period. No lock-in.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — Pro and Enterprise start with a 14-day free trial, with no charge until it ends. Checkout collects a card, and the trial is granted on your first subscription.

What happens if I go over my quota?

Over-quota mail is deferred (the sender retries) and delivered once the quota resets or you upgrade — it's never dropped.

Can my colleagues access the account?

Yes, on Pro and Enterprise. Invite them as team members — see Team members & seats. Basic is single-seat.

Where do I sign in?

At spamless.dev/login. The old /admin/login bookmark still works — it redirects there.

Which languages is Spamless available in?

The web app, the marketing site and the legal pages are available in English, Hungarian and German. Transactional emails (verification, digests, alerts, receipts) are currently sent in English.
