Quarantine digest emails

A quarantine digest is a periodic email summarising the mail held for a domain, so you (or your team) can stay on top of it without logging in.

Turn it on

1. Open Quarantine in the dashboard and select a domain.
2. Expand the Quarantine digest email panel at the top.
3. Enter the recipient(s) (comma-separated), choose a frequency (Daily, Every 12h, or Weekly), tick Enabled, and Save.

Available on Pro and Enterprise; on Basic the panel shows an upgrade notice instead of saving.

Only the account owner can change digest settings; members can see whether a digest is on.

What's in it

Each digest lists the messages quarantined for that domain in the period, with one-click release links — so recipients can free any false positives directly from the email, without signing in. The links are signed and specific to each message.

Manage or stop

• Change recipients/frequency anytime from the same panel.
• Untick Enabled (and Save) to pause it, or use the delete control to remove the schedule entirely.

Tip

Set the digest to Daily while you're tuning a domain's spam sensitivity, then switch to Weekly once it settles.
