Signing in & two-factor authentication
Signing in
Sign in at spamless.dev/login with your email and
password. (The old /admin/login address still works — it redirects to /login,
keeping any link parameters.) After signing in you land in your customer
dashboard.
New accounts must confirm their email first: we send a verification link when you sign up. On a paid plan the account activates once the email is verified and the subscription is active or in trial.
Sign in with Google
If Google sign-in is enabled for the workspace, a Sign in with Google button appears above the email/password form. If you don't see it, use email and password.
Forgot your password?
On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password?, enter your email, and we'll send a reset link that is valid for one hour. For security we always show the same confirmation, whether or not the email is registered.
Setting a new password signs out every other session and sends you a confirmation email.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Spamless supports app-based two-factor authentication (TOTP — e.g. Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy). When 2FA is on for your user, sign-in asks for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app after your password.
You can turn 2FA on yourself: go to Account in your customer dashboard (Account & security), then under Two-factor authentication click Enable 2FA, scan the QR code with your authenticator app (or type the key in by hand) and confirm with the 6-digit code. Turning it off asks for a current code as well. You'll get an email whenever 2FA is turned on or off.
New sign-in alerts
We email you when your account is accessed from an IP address we haven't seen before, so you can spot unexpected sign-ins. Your first sign-in sets the baseline and doesn't trigger an alert.
Changing your password
Go to Account in your customer dashboard (Account & security) and use Change password: enter your current password and the new one twice (at least 8 characters). Changing it signs you out everywhere else — the browser you did it in stays signed in. If you can't sign in at all, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page instead. You'll get a confirmation email whenever your password changes.
Signing out of your other devices
On the same Account & security page, Sessions → Sign out everywhere (then confirm) signs you out of every other browser and device. The browser you click it in stays signed in. Use it if you've lost a laptop or phone, or after someone else has used your account.
Your name and language
The same Account & security page holds your display name and your interface language (Hungarian, English or German). The language is stored on your account, so when you sign in on a new browser or device it starts in that language. If you pick a different language with the HU/EN/DE switcher in the header, that choice wins in that browser until you save a new one here. Your sign-in email can't be changed here — it identifies the account and its billing; email hello@spamless.dev if it has to move. Emails from us are still sent in English for now.
