Plans, free trial, promo codes & cancelling

Compare paid Spamless plans with the card-free Basic pilot and choose how to start. This guide explains trial eligibility, mail limits and what happens when access expires.

Plans

Plan Price Mail/day Mail/month Domains Seats
Basic €39/mo 1,000 30,000 1 1
Pro €69/mo 10,000 300,000 5 3
Enterprise €199/mo 100,000 3,000,000 100 10

Filtering, quarantine review and allow/block lists are available across plans. Pro and Enterprise additionally offer digest emails, custom sensitivity, VIP and partner-domain impersonation lists, and more team seats. See Pricing for the comparison and checkout for the final amount and applicable taxes.

Card-free Basic pilot

Eligible accounts may request the pilot once, without a card or an automatically renewing subscription:

  • 1 domain and 1,000 messages per account per day.
  • 7 days for setup, starting when you request the pilot.
  • 14 active days, starting when you confirm the test email using its receipt code in Guided setup.
  • 21 days maximum from the original request, including setup and active use.

Your test confirmation reports receipt of that specific message. DNS checks, a filtering decision or a gateway status alone do not start the active period. The pilot is not extended by adding or removing a domain or repeating a test. The dashboard shows your current deadline.

Start an eligible card-free pilot, then follow Quick start and the manual cPanel or Plesk guide.

Requesting the pilot consumes the one-time offer even if you do not finish setup. It also makes a later Stripe checkout ineligible for another free trial.

Card-based Stripe trial

An eligible first paid subscription may receive a 14-day trial. Checkout collects a card and shows when charging starts. Cancel before the displayed end date to avoid the subscription charge.

A prior Spamless subscription or a consumed card-free pilot removes this trial eligibility. The card-free pilot and Stripe trial do not stack; upgrading after a pilot begins paid billing under the terms shown at checkout.

Annual billing

Annual prices are Basic €390/year, Pro €690/year and Enterprise €1,990/year. The full annual amount is billed once a year, with the final total and applicable taxes shown at checkout. Monthly equivalents are for comparison.

Downgrades and expiry

An active Basic subscription has Basic limits. Dropping to Basic limits after an expired subscription does not provide ongoing free filtering. New mail requires an active paid entitlement or a valid pilot. After expiry, you can still sign in, review retained information and choose a paid plan. Already stored messages remain subject to their retention period.

Saved schedules and sensitivity settings may remain visible after a downgrade. Digest sending and editing paid settings require the corresponding paid plan; retention and domain-removal rules still apply to stored data. Restore your previous MX records if you stop using Spamless.

Manage, cancel or enter a promo code

Open Billing as the account owner to choose a paid plan or open the Stripe customer portal. The portal lets you manage your card, invoices and cancellation. An existing active subscription is managed there rather than by creating a second subscription.

Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current period. A failed payment can use the remaining paid-through period, after which valid paid access is required for new mail. Promo or referral codes can be entered in Add promotion code at checkout; they do not restore trial eligibility.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Spamless does not store your card details. Keep the previous mail routing available when planning a cancellation or the end of a pilot.
