What is Spamless.dev?

Spamless.dev is an email-filtering gateway for your own domain. It checks incoming mail for spam, phishing and malware, then forwards accepted messages to your configured receiving server. Your existing provider continues to host the mailboxes.

You point the domain's MX record at Spamless after checking the receiving server, TLS and routing. The filtering pipeline uses connection reputation, sender authentication, content analysis, threat intelligence, behavioural signals and your rules, with configured AI analysis where available. Filtering decisions can be reviewed; no filter catches every unwanted message.

Manual setup recipes are available for cPanel and Plesk. You configure your hosting account and verify a test email; these are not automatic provider connectors. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace may require additional inbound connectors and provider-specific checks before their suitability can be confirmed.

The gateway is hosted in the EU. Privacy and the DPA describe provider regions, processing, AI data flows and retention.

Try it or choose a paid plan

Eligible accounts can request a card-free Basic pilot once: 1 domain and 1,000 messages per account per day. Setup lasts up to 7 days; your receipt-code confirmation of the test email starts the 14-day active period, within an absolute 21 days from request. There is no automatic charge. After expiry, new mail requires paid access; sign-in and retained information remain available.
