Using Spamless
Usage, quotas & trends
The Usage page shows how much mail each of your domains is processing against your plan's limits, plus a 30-day trend.
Quotas by plan
Each plan has a daily and monthly message allowance:
| Plan | Daily | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | 1,000 | 30,000 |
| Pro | 10,000 | 300,000 |
| Enterprise | 100,000 | 3,000,000 |
What you see
For each domain:
- A daily quota meter — today's processed mail vs. your daily limit. The bar turns amber from 70% and red from 90%, where it also warns "Near limit — mail may be deferred".
- This month — messages processed this month vs. the monthly allowance.
- A 30-day trend chart of processed vs. blocked (quarantined/rejected) mail; hover a bar for that day's numbers.
What happens at the limit
Daily limits reset every 24 hours. If you exceed the daily quota, additional mail is deferred — the sending server is asked to retry later (a standard, safe behaviour), so nothing is dropped. It's delivered once the quota resets or you upgrade. We also email the account owner the first time a domain hits its daily limit each day.
Need more?
If you're regularly near your limit, upgrade your plan for a higher allowance. The Health page projects your month-end volume and suggests the right plan when you're on track to exceed the current one. See Plans, free trial, promo codes & cancelling.
