Getting started

Quick start (5 minutes)

Get your domain protected in five steps.

1. Create your account

Go to spamless.dev and click Start free. Pick a plan (Basic is free and needs no card), enter your name, email and a password. We send a verification email — click the link to activate your account.

If you pick Pro or Enterprise, you go straight to Stripe Checkout to start your 14-day free trial (a card is collected, but nothing is charged until the trial ends). The account is ready once your email is verified and the subscription is active or in trial.

2. Add your domain

In the dashboard open Domains → Add a domain. Enter:

  • your domain (e.g. example.com),
  • your mail server (the host that should receive the clean mail — your current MX, e.g. your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 endpoint, or your own server), and
  • the port (usually 25).

3. Set two DNS records

We show you the exact records to add at your DNS provider:

  • an MX record pointing your domain at Spamless (priority 10), and
  • an SPF (TXT) update so your relayed mail still authenticates.

Add them in your DNS dashboard. Each value has a copy button. Changes usually appear within minutes, but full propagation can take up to 48 hours.

4. Verify

Back in Domains, click Verify. Once your MX points to us, the domain activates automatically, filtering begins, and you get a confirmation email. Until it's verified the domain shows Pending ownership, and quarantine, lists and per-domain settings stay locked for it.

5. Tune & use

  • Set the spam sensitivity for the domain (Relaxed / Balanced / Strict).
  • Check Quarantine to review anything held and release false positives.
  • Watch Usage for volume against your daily/monthly quota, and Health for MX/SPF/DMARC problems.

That's it — clean mail now flows to your existing inbox. Need help? Use the chat on the site or email hello@spamless.dev.
